I remember when I was sitting at my corporate desk, staring at another calendar invite that made my heart sink.  On paper, I had a successful career, but I felt stuck and unseen.  It wasn’t that I hated my job; I had simply outgrown it. 

That’s when I made the decision that changed everything: I wasn’t waiting for January, the next project, or another pay cycle. I was going for it.

That decision didn’t mean I quit overnight. It meant I started planning, creating, and believing in something new while still showing up at my desk. Every small step built my confidence, and every moment of clarity reminded me that I was capable of more.
